When production processes involve extreme operating conditions, such as high temperatures in baking ovens, thermal shocks in rapid freezing tunnels, or direct immersion in boiling oil and corrosive liquids, traditional synthetic belts cannot be used.
Interwoven stainless steel rod belts represent the most robust and reliable technological solution for conveying products in high thermal and mechanical stress industrial environments.
Featuring an open-structure geometric weave, these mesh belts guarantee flawless dimensional stability and a continuous, uniform flow of air, steam, oil, or cleaning solutions, enabling optimal heat treatment and washing processes. Fabricated entirely in stainless steel (AISI 304, AISI 316, or special heat-resistant steel grades), they deliver complete corrosion resistance, maximum hygiene, and ease of continuous sanitization.
We engineer and manufacture each metal conveyor belt to custom specifications, defining pitch, wire diameter, and effective width based on the dimensions of the conveyed product, with the option to integrate side drive chains, reinforced edges, and transverse flights to prevent product slippage.
The mesh belts are manufactured by the German company Maertens GmbH, with whom we collaborate alongside their Italian representative LMD s.a.s. to ensure consistent quality and reliability.
